Audrey Knippa: Knitter Extraordinaire

Even though my mother was an avid knitter, she was not the one who taught me to knit. I actually learned to knit while I was an exchange student in Copenhagen, Denmark. But once I started, I couldn’t stop and am always grateful to have shared the love of knitting with my mother. Over the years I have knit baby blankets, hats, vests, scarfs, cowls, sweaters and other accessories, giving away to friends and family.

I have knit every product you see in my shop with loving care. I am always designing new patterns and usually wind up making distinctive, unique, stylish and elegant pieces, and only with the highest quality yarns – wool, cashmere, silk, bamboo, mohair and alpaca.

No two creations are the same, making each a unique piece of clothing for you to wear or gift. When wearing one of my creations you will receive compliments such as “that is gorgeous”, “you look stunning”, or “where can I get something as beautiful as that.”
